ORDERS
Once you click "Confirm Order" at the end of the checkout process, you will receive an e-mail notification assuring you that your order has been registered. If any critical issues arise, we will contact you again via email. If you are a registered customer, you can verify that your order is listed in the "My Orders" section of your Exilia account.
Unfortunately, no: you cannot add or change an order after payment.
Absolutely not: you can also proceed as a "Guest" while still retaining the ability to track the shipment of your order and possibly request free return service.
All products, before being shipped, are electronically scanned and we are able to trace the contents of the shipment. If you have received a different product, please contact us and we will provide a free replacement

Of course! When finalizing your order, you may indicate a shipping address other than your home address, such as your workplace address or the address of a family member. Remember: to make it easier for the Courier, always indicate the house number to complete the address and the contact name on the intercom.
When your order is placed with the courier, you will receive an e-mail containing the shipment number and instructions for tracking its progress. Delivery times may vary depending on the type of shipment selected when ordering.

To exchange one item for another, you must first open a return request for the item you want to exchange and then order the one you want in exchange.

Scalapay allows you to pay for your order in 3 interest-free installments.

If you have a credit card linked to a PayPal account, the system allows you to save an identification code so that you do not have to re-enter your credentials in subsequent payments; the data you provide will be collected by Exilia in an encrypted manner and transmitted to PayPal. PayPal will store and process the aforementioned data autonomously, according to the highest security standards and solely to execute your purchases on our website www.exilia.it.
There are several reasons why a credit card payment is not accepted:
- Your credit card has expired: contact your bank!
- The card's credit limit appears to have been reached: check with your bank.
- You made a mistake in entering some data: check that you have provided all the correct information.
PayPal checkout is a payment option that allows you to complete your order in a few simple clicks. Selecting the option from the shopping cart allows you to go directly to the payment page of the PayPal site, without being redirected to other pages.
Once you select the option in the shopping cart, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can login or confirm your identity via text message or app. In case you have previously saved your payment information in your account, you may not be prompted to log in and/or confirm your identity.

If you choose the PayPal checkout payment option, the contact information (email and phone number) stored within your PayPal account will be used. To change this information you will need to access your account from the official PayPal website or app.
If you choose the PayPal checkout payment option, you will be able to change your shipping address directly from the PayPal page to which you will be redirected. Shipping will be done in standard home mode and you cannot change this option.
